The Services and all content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HobbyStack and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of HobbyStack.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER HOBBYSTACK NOR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
