Sanding cured resin, fibreglass or Bondo produces fine particles that lodge deep in the lungs, and a rotary tool at speed makes a great deal of it very quickly. Wear a properly rated respirator, not a dust mask, and eye protection — bits shatter and throw fragments. Work outside or with extraction.
